Emporion is a marketplace for classified ads. The listings come from the respective users; we do not adopt them as our own. As a service provider we are not responsible for third-party content as long as we have no knowledge of an unlawful act or piece of information. As soon as we become aware of an infringement, we remove the content in question or block access to it without delay.

Listings and profiles may contain references to external websites whose content we have no influence over. The respective provider is always responsible for that content.
